Becki Ledbetter

Office Manager

Becki provides primary support to management and the entire staff at RHT.  Becki is responsible for the bookkeeping, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, time tracking, invoicing, and monthly employee expenses.  Becki supervises the front office, maintains all the personnel files, and medical reimbursements for the employees of RHT. 

Prior to joining RHT Becki provided technical and secretarial support for the Executive Management Team of The Job Council, was Office Manager / Engineering Assistant for Wiegand Engineers, and a Department Specialist supporting the Engineering Department for the Josephine County Public Works Department.  Becki also has extensive experience in contract preparation, grant writing and applications, and customer service.
