It’s the reason RHT Energy’s engineers, analysts, and outreach managers enter this profession – to solve problems and to make life better for others.

RHT Energy Solutions was originally founded in 1999, by Buzz Thielemann. Since inception, RHT Energy has become a premier engineering firm in Southern Oregon. Our staff possesses a unique blend of talents including: engineering, energy audits, thermography, project management, and much more! We at RHT are available to ensure that all options for your project are explored.
In 2015, Scott Scheuneman became the owner and operator of RHT Energy. Scott has served as the Director of Industrial Efficiency at RHT since 2006. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Oregon and California, and is also accredited as a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers. Scott will ensure that RHT continues to build upon its impeccable reputation for integrity with the same diversified, skillful RHT team.
