RHT is available to serve as Project Manager for a variety of energy-related projects during the installation phase of conservation or renewable energy measures.  Depending upon what type of assistance the client needs, we will:

• Research potential contractors for the projects and issue Requests for Quotes (RFQ)
• Ensure that contractors carry the required licenses and bonding and that they are registered with specific agencies, if required for contractors within a given state or county.
• Answer contractors’ questions
• Research contractor background and contact their references
• Review RFQs with the client and assist in determining the winning bid(s)
• Conduct pre-project site visits as needed with the contractors
• Ensure that the proper equipment is installed to maximize the clients’ energy saving potential
• Ensure schedule adherence
• Communicate progress with client
• Inspect the project(s) post-installation to verify the measure(s) were installed in accordance with the contractor(s) bid(s)
